Kelly Hadous founded her company in 2008. She creates powerful methods to transform individuals and organizations to adapt, influence, and captivate audiences. She has spent many years researching human behavior.

Kelly started her career as an entrepreneur in residence (EIN), coaching startups at New York University's first three tech Incubators. There she taught founders how to command the room and communicate effectively to pitch the value of their companies to investors. As a result, she helped companies raise tens of millions of dollars in capital.

Kelly is a sought-after public speaker who has spoken at 3 TEDx events, the Malaysian Global Creativity Center in Cyberjaya, Malaysia; ISFT-Technology & Innovation Conference in Delhi, India; and Euroverge in Zurich, Switzerland.

Kelly holds several degrees from NYU and Columbia University. She worked on Wall Street's front line, trading risk arbitrage securities. As an actor, Kelly also performed on countless stages. Win The Room's methods are strategic and creative.
