Starting as an Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) at New York University's first tech incubators, Kelly coached startups on commanding the room and communicating their value propositions to investors, helping these companies secure tens of millions of dollars in capital. Her expertise in leadership and persuasive communication has made her a sought-after speaker at prestigious events, including three TEDx stages, the Malaysian Global Creativity Center, the ISFT-Technology & Innovation Conference in India, and Euroverge in Switzerland.

Kelly's academic credentials include degrees from NYU and Columbia University. Her diverse background spans Wall Street, where she traded risk arbitrage securities, to the performing arts, where she honed her stage presence.
