Leaders must work with a team of people, so it is vital that they can collaborate effectively. This includes building and maintaining positive working relationships, resolving conflicts, and contributing to a positive environment.
Leaders must be creative, as they often face complex challenges. They need to think creatively of ways in which to address unpredictability.
Training is essential to learn new skills to be a Transformational Leader. The best way to learn is through consistency, a hands-on approach, and investing in value-based training.
